Potatoes, rice, veggies, fruit, rice cakes, honey. If you want something fast digesting for pre workout, cereal and even candy (fruit flavored like skittles) are pretty great

When I’m cutting almost all my carbs come from fruit and vegetables since they’re super satiating and basically entirely carbohydrates and water

Apples and strawberries mainly for fruit. Vegetables i normally eat added into food like mushrooms or spinach in an omelette or smth
