I’ve been on a calorie deficit for 3 full weeks now. I’ve also been going to the gym 3-4 times a week (1hr weights/cardio). I haven’t lost any weight. If anything the scale is going up. Any advice?

Increase your deficit slightly, make sure you’re not missing any cal tracking, and be patient. If you stick to your deficit it’s nearly impossible for you to not lose weight

It could be 3 things. 1: you are gaining muscle as you lose fat so the scale isn’t moving much but you are still making progress. 2: your tracking might be off a little, just lower the deficit to account for any tracking errors. 3: You are making progress and you have body dysmorphia

from my experience, it’s truly was a wake up one day and i was down a couple pounds and then slow consistent drop until i plateaued for a little. keep on keeping on and don’t cheat yourself with tracking. 🤝
