Consistent intensity. It doesn’t matter how often u go in a week if ur only lasting a couple months at a time
Not about weeks, its decades, how often do you go in a decade, not last week
tbh tho consistency for two months was all i needed to start seeing the results i’ve been wanting (but your point still stands)
