for women - anyone else have a really wide waist and fatty belly, but pretty good looking from the side and on the arms and legs? Like I store all my fat in my waist so from the side snatched, but in the front i have fat pooling over my spandex
and I do deep core exercises and eat pretty much all whole foods besides rice cakes and protein shakes, so I don’t know how to fix this?

I do twisty workouts like Russian twists. Blank twists, bicycles crunches etc

lowk i started having this issue when i went to college and started eating dinner later, because i had no time to digest it when i went to sleep and it stored as fat.
just consume more fiber so you feel more satiated from your meals
