I took a week off on purpose. Didn’t track my steps, macros, water intake- literally nothing. It’s sometimes good to take one. It was very much needed w lowering stress

Yea. But overall on the week, I’m still in a good deficit and I’ll do some extra cardio beyond what I normally do tomm. Everything in moderation is good.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news 🤓☝️ but alcohol actually significantly depletes glutathione, the body’s master antioxidant (important). Additionally alcohol can greatly reduce protein synthesis, hindering recovery and growth, therefore increasing risk of injury. Every so often sure but weekly/bi-weekly ain’t doin you any favors

don't listen to this chud, I benched four hundred lbs in highschool sub two hundred bw while being an alcoholic, you can drink with yur twins and get jacked at the same time its doable
