less calories. the answer is always going to be you can’t spot reduce fat & less calories.

Doing ab workouts will honestly bulk it a little. I’m a girl and generally not I have like the middle line but it is just thicker. I stopped working my abs (bc I’m a fucking vain insecure bitch) and my middle line is still there but the sides went away. Just do cardio or weights or whatever, all you need is to just burn calories

if your stomach isn’t flat because of bloating, that’s a different question. but generally speaking, this is the universal answer.
