I’ve been thinking of starting calisthenics lately and wondering where to begin if any of you have any tips. I’ve been going to the gym pretty consistently for ~3 years now, so I have okay base strength, just not sure how to apply it to calisthenics

get really good pull up and push up strength, try learning different planches, muscle ups, etc, use pads or cushions on the floor if you’re gonna attempt any weird shit in the living room 😂
