Found this on Reddit, 5'10 and 189 to 175. You can't see his arms but seems like a similar body fat percentage to me? We also don't know how lean your ideal body type is...

How much you weigh? Gonna be completely honest, people are fatter than they think so getting lean and shredded might take at least 20-30 pounds

He’s lowkey right to be mad, dude has abs at 15% bf so I doubt he needs to cut more than 7-10. Thirty pounds is absolutely ridiculous to say at his weight
