Biggest tip I have is that it’s important to eat I was eating 2,700 calories / day but also running between 3-6 miles a day

That is harder because you are working, I would say try to stay on your feet so your passively burning calories if possible, I also highly recommend intermittent fasting and not eating an hour before bed,
