Leg press boring, the fear of death from back squat is a much better motivator

You’re going to piss off the bodybuilders who are scared to squat

Then there’s an underlying weakness or tightness. You probably have tights quads and/or hips. Probably lack mobility and you spend most of your day in a seated position. Probably don’t get your steps in either. The modern day bodybuilder loves to tell you that squatting isn’t optimal but in reality it’s just hard af. Leg press does nothing but stroke your ego.

I can casually jog 9 miles, homie. Grew up doing combat sports, and can still easily kick above my head (I’m 6’2). I even tried pointing my toes out instead of having them face straight forward. *CREAK*

Fr if you don’t feel scared walking up to that bar, then you’re doing something wrong

Then you must have bottom tier genetics, my guy. To be that mobile and active and yet have weak joints is a rare combo.
