Guys can someone give me advice? I really wanna improve my physique and gain muscle but I hate working out. I bought a bunch of workout equipment but I literally hate moving. I really wanna get gains and be healthier but the motivation is so hard

Lifting isn't the only method of fitness tho. From this it sounds like lifting just isn't for you so you're just gonna be wasting your time and drop it after a week. Instead find one you like: join a sports team, Pilates, barre, aerial, ice skating, parkour, bouldering, CrossFit, biking, etc.

Like the feeling of working out (the stretch and how hard it is) really discourages me

a lot of people hate running and lifting but still do it anyways. putting yourself somewhere uncomfortable hardens the mind. no one has ever had a hero’s journey without going through something tough
