Fr it’s annoying too when people try to tell me I’m doing things wrong even though I’ve done it every way possible. I eat 7-10 meals/snacks throughout the day even if I’m not hungry and the only way I can gain weight is if I approach uncomfortably overeating because my metabolism works in overdrive. My doctor told me in the next 10-15 years it should be easier but it’s still annoying in the moment
