so random and probably too niche for this page but being a hijabi and going to the gym is so hard when i dress modestly (by choice) and get so hot😭 i wish there was a female only gym near me… what’s the best at home work outs for getting rid of tummy fat

Not hijabi or even girl so maybe this isn’t good advice (in which case, ignore). But just generally moving more is really good for reducing fat. So if you did incline treadmill walk at the gym you wouldn’t get as hot (compared to weights or sprints) but still be burning a lot (if not more) of calories

HI YES IM A HIJABI TOO unfortunately u cant reduce fat in specific places of ur body, when u lose fat, u lose it everywhere its based off genetics

U can always build muscle there!! Just train abs like u would train every other muscle

yes i usually go to use the treadmill, elliptical, and ive attempted the stairmaster once. but i just feel soooo awkward at the gym i hate not knowing how to use everything. i mainly go on outdoor walks on tracks/trails rather than go to the gym
