how do i stop overeating and thinking about food all the time :(

Not a fan of diet soda I think it makes ppl wanna eat more, TEA has been huge for me and healthy snacks. Pickled beats, pickles, kimchi. Then you’ll get to a point where you don’t need snacks

Heavy on the diet soda, bubblr, or drink tons of water, also keep yourself busy. I also have trouble with overeating bc I feel like I have to finish everything on my plate so try not to grab as much food, eat slowly and go on your phone after each bite if you’re at home, that really helps with making sure u don’t eat too fast

Heck even try eating with your non dominant hand, it’s a bit tricky and slows u down

That’s true, pickles r a must when you’re trying to watch your calories and a nice cup of tea in the morning makes u feel very refreshed and ready for the day 🙂‍↕️
