I started about 3 yrs ago and could barely do the bar myself. Now I can easily hit 225 for 2 sets of 8. You might even reach 200 soon with your speed.

Hehehe I appreciate the high praise but I’m plateauing these days now, I’d be crazy to bench 200 as a girl that would be a dream. Once I hit a plate that will be my next goal 🙂↕️

Jk, but I’ve seen some girls able to bench 200. It’s not out of the realm of possibility. You just need to make sure you’re getting the right amount of protein and sleep. 135 will come before you know it, just don’t give up!
