What’s your unhinged meal planning tips. When I get hungry I tend to get hangry and eat whatever junk food is around. How do you make easy, filling foods that are conducive to getting lean. 😭

Go to is sweet potato with either beef or chicken😭 that’s the easiest I can make it for myself

I keep pre portioned bags of meat in the freezer. You could pre cook it and store or leave it raw. Personally I’ll do raw beef but cook my chicken bc I hate dealing with raw chicken lol. And then POTATOES! You can microwave bake a potato super quickly. Also I don’t really keep junk food around ☹️ the only junk food I can do is pre portioned/single serving pack of stuff

Having plain unpopped popcorn (I got a 2 oz bag for $3 at Meijer) is great for a snack cause it’s low in calories for the volume and it also contains insoluble fiber
