and make sure you get your protein in. the more muscle you build, the more maintenance calories you get!!

Look up calorie calculator and put in your info… maintenance cals are bare minimum to put muscle on, anything below is cutting, above is bulking

umm i make 2 eggs with a serving of egg whites , keto bread with cottage cheese, and 2 costco breakfast chicken sausages every morning, which is like 40 grams of protein. i have a fluffy yogurt recipe that i love that is like another 40 grams for lunch. and then for dinner i make sure to get a double serving of protein (usually chicken) and veggies (usually brocolli), and maybe a bit of a carb source (rice or sweet potato fries) if im feeling like it. that usually gives me around 120g per day

if i stray from that then i drink nurri protein shakes or protein bars (barebell/pure/quest/built puff) to make up the protein
