Okay ladies: I’ve been working out consistently since January but I’ve had about 4 weeks off recovering from surgery. I go to Cancun in a little over a month. What are some foolproof methods I can focus on so that my beach bod will be ready??!

One thing for sure, GET UR STEPS IN!!! Working out post surgery is difficult, but the least risky way to at least be active and cut a little is take your hot girl walks!!! At LEAST 10,000 steps a day so long as your body (and your doctor) permit it!! Good luck!!! <333
