honestly walking with a weighted vest. core workouts don’t actually slim you down

Incline Walking helps for sure I would also add deep core workout like leg lifts or hanging crunches bc it doesn’t slim but it will fs help tone the tummy

Standing pull leg exercises like heel elevated squats, back squats, goblin squats. Standing Overhead presses with a squat. Press up on elevation. Give it try with one arm and twist to a side. Honestly, any stretching exercise involves the core.

Hmm for isolation, leg lifts sitting, standing, hanging. Torso twists at low, waist, and high heights on cables. Lat pulldowns too
