Guys im having problems in working out to gain muscle but also wanna gain weight. The problem is that I am loosing more weight but trying to eat more, its js hard 💔

lowkey try adding in a little bit of high intensity cardio at the end of your workouts. it will make you hungrier. also try eating more often throughout the day too
