Anyone got any advice for a starting workout routine? I’ve never worked out before and am probably going to be starting my workouts alone.

Getting your steps in and using the machines. If your not machines fan do dumbbells start with weight that doesn’t feel to heavy cause as you go through sets if will feel like a lot.

There alot of routines out there. Try different one take them all with grain of salt though. Every body is different.
