I’ve only been going to the gym for about a month, I skipped going for week and the first time back I felt like I was back to square one and so much weaker, is that normal? Did i loose any progress I made it all?
could just be where you are in your cycle, there are certain weeks in mine that make me feel a lot weaker than normal, the progress is still there, just keep showing up!!

Yes it’s very very normal. For the first few months if you miss up to 2 days you’re physically behind by 2 weeks
