
Myfitnesspal was super helpful (you don’t need to pay for premium it really doesn’t make much of a difference) It helps you set manageable goals based on your desired outcome and starting weight without making it too complicated. It’ll set a calorie budget and other nutrient goals and the main ones to focus on are Protein and Fiber. It’s mainly a commitment to what your eating, not so much what you’re doing in the gym- obviously consistent physical activity will help shed more lbs and you’ll feel better physically but that 80/20 shit is no lie. I’d been trying on and off for years to be more fit before I tried a simple calorie deficit and it’s been the easiest, most sustainable and beneficial method
