Yall how do i lose weight like i go to the gym everyday (i have a rest day tho) do weights and cardio i feel like im eating pretty good I’ve even tried intermittent fasting but nothing is changing 😔

You might need to start really tracking what you eat. If you are exercising every day but not losing weight then you’re not at a caloric deficit, so you need to either eat less or eat healthier.

Might need a food scale. Might just need a little patience. When I lost my first significant wave of weight the scale did not move for a little over 2 weeks

Use app macros it’s free and go on calorie deficit track everything you are burning and eating need to burn more than you eat
