scared of losing my boobs when I lose 60-70lbs. would chest exercises help? also why do I always want to go heavy in the gym the week of my period when that's not what I need?

chest exercises will help a little bit but you are going to lose breast volume. how much depends on genetics, but with that much weight loss they will shrink. also if you want to go heavy while on your period then go heavy! there is nothing unsafe or harmful about it. trust your body.
