Is there a specific routine I should follow in the gym? Like should arm day be before leg day? What’re the unwritten rules ? Signed a nervous newby

Never train to legs days in a row A arm day or rest day must be in between training legs If you must train legs two days in a row make sure you are isolating posterior from anterior (quad vs ham/glute) You can train train opposing upper body back to back

Does this plan sound solid: Sundays full body, Mondays arms, Tuesday’s back, Wednesday’s core, Thursday legs. My campus gym is closed Friday and Saturdays so I’m thinking of either using both as rest days or going for a run on one day and resting the other

I don’t recommending having two rest days in a row Sundays- legs/ full body Monday- triceps, chest shoulder Tuesday- active rest Wednesday- legs Thursday- bicep and back
