Yesterday after eating breakfast I was 111 pounds which is my ideal weight, but after dinner at 7pm weighted myself and I was 117 pounds. Like hello how did I gain 7 pounds in 1 day is that normal??

it’s water retention don’t worry about it! i suggest sticking to only morning weigh ins

water fluctuation, 111 is more accurate. before eating anything in the day is the most accurate. but i like to weigh myself at different times so I see how my weight fluctuates and so when I actually go to the doctor with clothes on, late in the day, it’s accurate to what I’ve been seeing at home and I’m not thrown off 🙂‍↕️

Unless you dinner was 56,000 cals over your maintenance then it's just water 🤣🤣🤣

Means your bloating from meals and holding water. It is normal. It’s why they say don’t weigh after meals it’s not accurate, weigh in the morning everyday at same time at least twenty minutes after being awake.
