My acne is coming back so bad and I feel so insecure going to the gym.. usually I’d cover it up with concealer the best I can anywhere else

If you’re going to workout I’d highly recommend not wear your makeup to the gym. As you’re working out and your pores open up which isn’t good for the skin

Yeah mine is completely hormonal and I’m on meds that make it so much better but I’m still breaking out bad on my period rn, and I’m sure makeup wouldn’t help either way

Breaking more during your period is 100% normal
