Well we obviously can’t tell you what is it because we don’t know you- only you know if you’ve truly been working out in a way that could lead to those kind of gains where shorts now fit you like underwear, or if you haven’t and you’re lying to yourself and it’s mostly excess fat lol not that that’s a bad thing, but just saying only you know what you’ve been doing in terms of training
