Please convince me to go to the gym. I used to go 4+ times a week and recently I’m just not really feeling it. How do you stay motivated even when you’re busy?

Wear your gym outfit for whatever you’re doing just so it reminds you that you have to go to the gym.

Maybe writing down all of the things you get out of the gym (community, confidence, dopamine, etc.) and all of your short term and long term goals on a physical piece of paper to look at when you’re wanting to skip to remind you what you get out of the gym and what you’re working towards?
