As I lose weight i notice more loss skin and it makes me so self conscious but i would rather skin then fat

Weight lifting/growing muscle is supposed to help with loose skin, I followed a girl on facebook that had gone through a major weight loss and she said lifting/building muscle kind of filled in that loose skin and helped essentially get rid of it. I didn't follow her too closely but l've often heard muscle building helps reduce the propensity of loose skin while losing weight. Another thing I've heard is to make sure you eat protein and collagen as these help not only muscle but also the

Buy products that boost firmness (body wash+lotion) and take collagen

Skin because of the peptides and collagen and other nutrients. Finally, although there doesn't seem to be much research on this, l've read that creams/ lotions/serums with things like peptides, collagen, niacinamide, retinols (things that regenerate and repair the skin) can help to a small degree with things like loose skin or sagging skin. Obviously if it's a lot of loose skin it won't help much but maybe if's it's just a little skin that's a bit stretched out/loose there may be a small degree
