Finally, although there doesn't seem to be much research on this, l've read that creams/ lotions/serums with things like peptides, collagen, niacinamide, retinols (things that regenerate and repair the skin) can help to a small degree with things like loose skin or sagging skin. Obviously if it's a lot of loose skin it won't help much but maybe if's it's just a little skin that's a bit stretched out/loose there may be a small degree
