Ive had an ed in the past and everytime i try to track what i eat i obsess and fall back into heavy restriction, does anyone have any advice?

Don’t track. It’s such a trap for me too. Have set meals that you already know fit your goals and when you go out to eat just think about what you’ll enjoy and take that as a freebie.

Just go mainly protein and veggies. Really hard to over eat.
