I hit abs almost every day and I feel like I see no progress. Any tips?

A lot of times when you see people with defined abs it’s about their body fat percentage. It’s really good to work abs because having a strong core is essential especially as you get older but realistically unless you are jacked you won’t get super defined abs unless you are pretty lean/cut

When I eat less I get really bad headaches. I don’t really think I eat bad at all. I eat a lot of salads honestly. Maybe I just need more water and protein?

Maybe I am wrong but I also don’t think that I am overweight. Last time I went to the doctor they said my body fat percentage was on the lower end of what it should be

Usually it does take lower body fat percentage to show abs. What’s your height and weight? Maybe try going on a cut but still make sure you’re hitting your protein goal, drinking enough water and electrolytes, and taking essential vitamins

I am 5’7 and am usually about 135. But my legs carry a lot of muscle
