I genuinely don’t know how to lose weight. I walk so much a day and I practice dance three times a week. I eat protein and I drink mushroom coffee. I drink only water besides the coffee. What am I doing wrong??

You can’t out exercise a poor diet. You can definitely overeat healthy foods. Figure out your TDEE and eat in a deficit. Track everything and if you’re truly in a deficit you’ll lose weight

Calorie deficit!! Unfortunately it’s the only way🥲 also lifting weights will take u wayyyy further than cardio will if ur trying to lose weight

if it’s not triggering for you, you could track calories. that helped me a lot. a deficit should only last 12 weeks- and then go back to maintenance for 12. online calculators for cal deficit are helpful! if that doesn’t work, see a doctor- that listens- and see if you have any insulin resistance/pcos/other metabolic issues. good luck :)
