Girlies I am very new to the gym and I need all the advice I can get. I mainly just want to tone up a bit/lose fat. I weigh 180 rn and REALLY want to get down 30-40 pounds by October. Is that possible??

I lost 25 in 4, with many cheat days and desserts on the way so I think 30-40 in 5 with discipline is possible.

Set a low goal so when you exceed it you will be happy. I would just work on just each pound one at a time. That and notice how you are feeling every day. Is it easier to do things? And if so what?
