it’s the opposite for me :( i’ve honestly never had a huge appetite and don’t really crave unhealthy food, but sticking to a routine?! i fucking suck at that.

start now. it will make you hungrier and you'll be in the habit. it's a lot easier to build muscle when you already lift and just need to fix your diet, as opposed to both

oh it definitely helps clear my mind the hours following the gym session!! the hard part for me is just getting myself to go in the first place… like it’s so frustrating because even though i literally CRAVE going i have to fight my brain to actually follow through. and my executive dysfunction unfortunately has got hands 😩

thats soooo real lmao i found people that hold me accountable. theres nothing more i hate than letting people down, so it keeps me locked in. people pleaser moment hahahaha (using it for my benefit tho)
