I neeed to start running for bootcamp but my body feels like it's decomposing every time I try.. like it's not even my endurance I'm worried about I just feel so injury prone. Any tips?
It kinda feels like you’re dying when you begin running, that’s how it felt for me, just start running veryyyy slow, like almost unbearably slow. Then once you are used to it, start speeding up or going further distances
