How to gain muscle if you hating. I always have to shove food down out of necessity so it’s so difficult for me to meet my nutrient and protein requirements. I used to at least always like to eat sweet things but even that now is getting unappetizing for

you don’t need to eat in a surplus to gain muscle. however you do need to eat sufficient protein (.7-1g per pound you weigh) and sufficient carbs to fuel your workouts as well. there are foods very high in protein or carbs that you don’t need to eat necessarily a lot of

Do u have any suggestions of high protein food. I’m vegetarian so I feel like most stuff I try like Greek yogurt or eggs u have to eat a bunch of to meet it

i don’t know too much about being vegetarian but egg whites have a really good ratio, and they also just take on the taste of whatever you mix them w if you wanted to do that. i personally am not vegetarian and my primary source of protein is from meat sources, so i could be worth it for you to look into plant based protein powders!
