
Sorry I ran out of space. A good maintenance diet is your weight in pounds times 16. So i weigh 175 which means 2800 is my maintenance calorie intake. Yes it sounds high but if you’re active, you need to eat enough calories to fuel yourself. And then if I wanted to cut I would subtract like 200-400 calories from that so eating around 2500 calories a day. I’m a personal trainer, an exercise science student and I’m friends with many physical therapists so my data is correct also
