Greek yogurt mixed with protein powder makes it EASY!!! 10/10 would recommend Ryse blueberry muffin

personal favorite method is meal prepping high protein meals you actually enjoy!! i love making homemade hamburger helper (45g/serving) or bowls because they’re super easy (35-50g/serving)

yes!! i love grilled chicken it’s just hard for me to hit my protein goals bc of the side effects from my meds decreasing hunger😭

well the problem is i work night shift so my breakfast is at like 7pm and then by midnight im not hungry anymore bc my body wants to be asleep

me and my bf just bought the cinnamon toast crunch ryse powder bc it’s so hard for me to get protein in!! what other flavors are good?

I eat Blueberry muffin literally every day in yogurt, oats, or cream of rice and I add wild blueberries to it sometimes with honey and peanut butter. Chocolate cookie blast is really good in overnight oats with raspberries (or regular oats, I don’t like hot oats tho lol). Skippy pb is also good and sometimes I’ll mix it with the blueberry for a pb&j type of flavor. Musclesport makes a good banana flavor (nana banana cream pie) but once I’m out of that I want to try the Ryse banana flavor

Another protein powder I like in yogurt is PeScience frosted sugar cookie. Throw some rainbow sprinkles in there and it’s basically dessert for breakfast. Sometimes I’ll put sugar free jam in there and that also has a lot of fiber !

OH and with the blueberry muffin (and probably all protein powders but I mainly eat this one lol) it tastes so much better with salt !!!
