Tips to put on muscle? I’m getting toned and thinner but I want to bulk up some. I’ve tried eating more protein but I feel like that just made me look larger not more muscular

Looking larger is what comes with building and putting on more muscle. Those extra grams of protein and calories are going into making your muscles bigger but also comes with a side effect of a little fat gain too. Thats okay tho! That’s why you go thru a bulk and then stick to the cut to shave that excess fat off

I recommend recomp around maintenance or a bit higher
