Try Metamucil. It’s a fiber powder you put in water and drink before your meals. Helps lower your appetite and keeps you full. Also helps lose weight over time in my experience

I failed at this tn :,) was going strong and stopped eating 7-7:30pm. But I ate later tn. I noticed it was because I was a lot more tired and stressed today. I think it’s especially important to pay attention and take care of yourself nutritionally when you feel stressed or tired. I also ate like shit today :,) only 35g of protein. A lot of cookies and mango too
