Your reminder that they take the average of the average and it doesn’t account for muscle if you are working out. I thought I was obese cause of the scale, went and got a body scan found out I’m actually pretty darn fit

The BMI thing is so weird. I am 5’10 and 215 and “obese” with a BMI of 30… I am mostly mass. As much as it hurts to hear, it’s okay. Just take your time to lose weight if that’s the end goal. You’ll get there, no need to hurt yourself trying to speed it up.

I have a lot of heart issues in my family, and I have high blood pressure and am getting tested for sleep apnea tbh even if I “look” ok and have ok bodyfat atm. It’s probably better for me to be smaller in the long run tbh
