how do i lock in to lose weight w food like i eat fairly healthy but there’s just days where i can not stop myself from just wanting to eat healthy but also eat donuts and candy and overly sugary items or chips like i can not keep doing this
I just kinda think to myself am I hungry or am i bored give myself like 30 min and if im still hungry eat …. Or I really love eating peaches like using cottage cheese as dip . It’s literally FUCKING AMAZING

tbh i always want to do the same thing but my bf really helps me he says well wait a while and if you still want it we can get it and then we wait and i get the resolve to not eat it so maybe if you have a friend who’s willing to do it with you, they can help limit you

If you keep a consistent schedule everyday which will also help gym long term it helps your body get used to being hungry at parts of the day

i mean really you should look at them more like cheat meals so maybe once a week pick a day to have it and keep that day then just have a few sweet treats, not too many, and stick with it eventually move it down to like once every 2 weeks
