I’m 116 pretty nice body beside my stomach it’s fat and sometimes I look pregnant and I hateeeeee it. Any tips?? Currently I just do cardio I just need to be toned
Your stomach is the last to kind of burn off. If your bloating to looking preg then I’d look into if your have a specific food intolerance. Sometimes hormones can make you bloat to if your uneven.

for me it’s totally based on what I eat, I recommend high af protein and as few carbs
