haven’t worked out in a while but usually that leads to me going in and trying run/walk like 7 miles or something crazy and overdo everything and then i don’t stay consistent any advice on how to ease back into working out?

just show up everyday, even if it is for 10 min. that will build momentum which will build consistency

for some reason i go into things as very all or nothing which leads to burnout trying to plan a specific goal of what i’m going to do and then leaving so that i’m not tempted to overdo it

i feel like it could help to build a better floor rather than a ceiling. not saying it is easy but you have to reframe your mindset into looking at your floors and knowing that you need to do those things everyday and those things will create habits that you don’t necessarily even need to plan out that will help you reach your goals

ok so u mean like minimum goals everyday like go to the gym for thirty minutes?

yes yes (maybe not every single day just so you can have a rest day or two)
