So I’m trying to get back into the gym, and I think the one thing I’m still struggling with is the cutting back of fatty and greasy foods? Do yall have any non boring recipe ideas I can try? The more fiber or protein, the better I think I’ll do!

what kinds of fatty foods are you struggling with specifically? fried foods? airfryer is awesome. tyson makes baked chicken nuggets that are great macros. you can also use frozen fries and they crisp up well. or just cut your own from potatoes and use a little spray oil. like regular oil but in a spray bottle. food scale if you wanna track it but a couple sprays for me is usually 1 gram or 2

for meat and stuff you can switch to turkey products (turkey pepperoni, bacon, hotdogs, sausage) and lean meat like 96/4 ground beef but thats expensive so i usually do 93/7 ground turkey when it’s on sale and then chicken breast every week

you can make great food at home that’s honestly still greasy af and it’ll almost always be better macros than restaurant food. if you get a tabletop grill thing you can make burgers at home low calorie if its just a slightly lean beef, slice of american cheese, and check the labels of all the bread there are usually some that are low calorie without being marketed as such so theyre cheaper
