Leg raises, weighted cable crunches and weighted sit ups, only 3 ab workouts u need make sure to do the heaviest weight you can do with correct form. Keep progressing in ur lifts and numbers, and your abs will pop out in no time! (As long as you are lean enough)

are you reaching failure on these machines? and have you been able to increase the weight every couple weeks? because if neither is true you are probably not training as well as you could for size and you should start

I usually do every ab machine that my gym has. Plus leg raises.

this may sound silly, but what’s your body composition like? there’s a chance you have them, they’re just not visible through the skin. that’s how mine were for quite a few years but i could always feel them if i prodded a bit.

body composition is the ratio of lean mass (including muscle) to body fat. if you gain 10 lbs of muscle, but have a lot of body fat, you will look almost the same, whereas someone without much body fat will look visibly more muscular. #1 is suggesting you might not be able to see your abs because your body fat percentage is too high for that.
