Take them out they usually yeet them selfs out when you wash the bra anyways

I just keep them in knowing full well they will escape while getting washed. But I don’t care to pull it out and put it back in so I just let the washer do half the unnecessary job for me

Even at the gym when I’m only wearing a bra I decided to just go without the pads, if people stare that’s their problem
