What are we doing with the pads that come in sports bras? Do you keep them or leave them out?

Take them out they usually yeet them selfs out when you wash the bra anyways

I just keep them in knowing full well they will escape while getting washed. But I don’t care to pull it out and put it back in so I just let the washer do half the unnecessary job for me

I keep them in at all times. They give better support. I was A once so they made me look like I have boobs. Now I'm a C and they just feel natural to me. It helps not show the nipples.

Even at the gym when I’m only wearing a bra I decided to just go without the pads, if people stare that’s their problem
