
the most important part of the routine is just showing up consistently, you don’t have to have a strict workout plan that you stick to day after day, don’t be afraid to try out new stuff and figure out what YOU like to do. that being said, I always recommend u do cardio LAST not first.
of course, I’m excited for you! I learned a lot just from asking a ton of questions to ppl I know who are into fitness, and watching tik toks to learn how to do new exercises. I’ve def made mistakes and embarrassed myself in the gym a few times, but everyone starts somewhere and it’s how we learn & get better :)
